The workshop can be set up at La Corte degli Ulivi, our rural hotel in Sardinia, or with local businesses. In spite of its humble pastoral origins, the cuisine of Sardinia is a triumph of flavours throughout the meal and is characterised by an excellent typical local production of cured meats, cheeses and olives. Many products are certified, such as PAT asphodel honey, Sardinian pecorino DOP, extra virgin olive oil with cultivars from Bosa and Malvasia DOC.
