Relax, this is our motto! There are no time constraints on our buffet Mediterranean brunch, which extends until lunchtime. At La Corte degli Ulivi everything is served on the splendid veranda, which overlooks nature, where you can sample Sardinian and Italian specialties, following the most genuine Mediterranean tradition.

Our brunch is a light buffet designed with the idea of remaining light, even at lunch, without renouncing the pleasure of fine dining.

At La Corte degli Ulivi it’s time for the Mediterranean brunch! Today you can taste the rare freshness of a sheep’s milk ricotta, just arrived from the shepherd who still lives by the ancient pastoral tradition. Alternatively, you can enjoy the fragrance of the bistoccu bread that breaks in your hands, crispy, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and salt, or wet, to accompany cured meats or tasty Sardinian artichokes preserved in oil. Of course, you cannot miss a taste of pecorino DOP cheese, made exclusively from full fat sheep’s milk, or Casizolu, an ancient cow’s milk cheese in the shape of a pot-bellied pear, typical of the Montiferru area; and then a spoonful of honey from Sardinia, an ideal land to produce monofloral honeys.

If the silence that surrounds you at La Corte degli Ulivi keeps you a little longer in bed or if you prefer to go jogging early in the morning or swimming in the pool, it’s not a problem! The Mediterranean brunch awaits you on the veranda without having any restrictions on time. After that you will be ready to enjoy your day on the island either travelling towards the beach, or to go hiking or to historical-cultural destinations.
